ABOUT OUR PROJECT
Most nutritionists agree that taking time for breakfast
is a better way to start our day.As the name in English suggests, breakfast is the meal where we “break” our overnight “fast.”An empty stomach in the morning may also have an effect on concentration, memory, mood, resistance to illness, our ability to maintain body temperature and even the sweetness of our breath.Lifestyles of teenagers today have changed a lot and they eat sugary cereals instead of a healthy breakfast or they skip it.The main aim of this project is make our students and their parents aware of the fact that we are what we eat and skipping breakfast can affect their productivity.The project partner teachers from different schools also aim to raise awareness on nutrition literacy,healthy nutrition and wellness using technology, arts and dexterity activities in the next generations.

We meet with project partners,talk about our project and share our breakfast recipes and menus.We created common works collaborately and want to share with you.
