     The value system and its development at all levels of education is an inevitable and compulsory process that would give directions to the implementers of the educational process in the planning of school teaching in forming healthy and happy young people. The value system as an organization of values ​​represented through educational goals in teaching is a way of paving the way for the future of the next generations. Trough acquiring values young people would face and solve personal and social problems more easily, more appropriately and in a more useful way on a personal and global level, and thus would make their life and the world better place for living, cooperating and coexisting with the common reality.

          Values ​​are the subject of multidisciplinary areas, elaborated by various scientific disciplines. The consequences of human values ​​are manifested in all phenomena that social science considers valuable for research and understanding.

     The initial phase of our research is examining the attitudes and opinions of the participants in the educational process in a city school (teachers, students from the 8th and 9th grade / 5th grade and the pedagogues, psychologists and defectologists) on the level of acquiring the values ​​in students when realizing the educational goals in the school institution. The factual reality and what externally manifests itself in the lives of the young people unfortunately does not coincide many times with the idea and planning of the value system in the school, which imposes the necessary need for a systematically synthesized and analyzed educational process that would constantly be evaluated and socially actualized .
